A song for the Sunday of the Word of God (3rd Sunday in Ordinary Time) and other occasions that focus on the Bible and the living Word. This song was originally written for “The God Who Speaks – the Year of the Word 2020” but never used due to the closure of places of worship by the Coronavirus pandemic.
It highlights the role the Word of God plays in creation, in history, in the journey to Emmaus, and in our calling as Christians to live active, faithful and compassionate lives.
The words will fit most tunes with 87 87 87 meter.
